SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that during peak seasonal periods or sale events, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days.
- Express Shipping (if applicable): Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or local courier logistical delays beyond our control.

3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

4. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at LukeGould899343@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at LukeGould899343@outlook.com.
